Specific Admission Requirements
The admission of students to the programme is made in accordance with the Student Selection and Placement Centre (OSYM – University entrance exam), within the framework set by the regulations of the Higher Education Council (HEC). After students inform the Student Selection and Placement Centre as to which programmes they wish to study, students are then placed in the relevant programme based on their exam score.
Graduates of related vocational high schools can enrol in the department irrespective of their exam score within the framework set by the regulations of the Higher Education Council (HEC).
Foreign students can be admitted to the programme via internationally accepted exams such as the SAT or ACT, or they may be admitted with their high school graduation grades (as per the Undergraduate and Graduate Programmes for Foreign Students Admission Guidelines).
The admission of students to the programme via the General Academic Exchange Protocol is done within the framework of bilateral agreements (ERASMUS, FARABI, etc) signed by Maltepe University and its partner universities. Guest students may enrol in the programme if the related academic unit approves. Sufficient language knowledge is required in order to follow the programme.
