  1. Have knowledge about the world cultures and geography.
  2. Have knowledge about the airline companies’ management systems and principles with a national and international scope from a flight attendant perspective.
  3. Have knowledge about the cabin crew responsibilities and duties, and operational rules in aviation as well as the safety and emergency rules from a flight attendant perspective.
  4. Have knowledge about the basic terminology and language used in aviation.
  5. Gain fundamental knowledge about the theory of flight, aerodynamics and meteorology.
  6. Have knowledge about the dictation, announcement techniques, and English able to communicate effectively. 
  7. Serve the passengers according to the social conventions and by paying attention to his/her appearance and personal care.
  8. Respond fast and effectively to all emergency situations that might occur during a flight considering his/her responsibilities in managing and controlling the crowd.
  9. Have first aid knowledge to do everything right and effectively in the aviation industry.
  10. Have knowledge about the rules of transportation of dangerous goods and interfere with the situation when a problem occurs.
  11. Have knowledge  about the importance of human factor, environment, society, effects of health conditions, human performance limits and effective use of sources in aviation industry; and communicate effectively by internalizing the issue of crew resource management.
