  3. Have knowledge about the policies implemented by airlines for managing cost of fuel.
  4. Find practical solutions to problems in daily operational activities and have the proper decision making skills.
  5. Have knowledge about the relationship between meteorology and aviation and METAR, SPECI, TAF, AIRMET, SIGMET reports.
  6. Have knowledge about the basic concepts related to aviation safety and factors affecting human performance; gain awareness of human factors models and error management models.
  7. Have knowledge about ticketing programmes.
  8. Have knowledge about international aviation organizations, authorities regulations and concepts about passengers and travel.
  9. Be aware of dangerous goods regulations, shipping, packaging, labelling and loading and make the required applications
