About the Programme

Our common features combine us as humans. Our differences, on the other hand make us  individuals. The educational needs of the individuals who are out of the the average limits can be met by general education and training services. If these differences at both ends are outside the average boundaries, it is inevitable that special education services will be introduced. However, it is possible to achieve equal opportunity in education, which is one of the basic requirements of democratic societies.
